How To Book

To start the booking process, check availability on our calendar, then you can book direct or request a formal quote by filling out the "contact form" located on the Contact Us page.  

Payments

It is the guest's responsibility and obligation to read all policies prior to any payment.  Submission of any payment is an acknowledgment and agreement of all policies.  

We require 50% of the total booking amount, plus the $250 refundable damage deposit to reserve your requested vacation dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  The refundable damage deposit reimbursement is subject to be returned up to 48 hours after departure.  Our House Manager will inspect the property after your departure, once we receive notice that the property has not received any damage or missing property, the full amount will be returned.  When booking through our website, credit card payment is accepted.  When booking your vacation personally or through our other social media outlets, Paypal, Venmo or check are accepted forms of payment.  

Smoking Policy

No smoking of any substance or electronic smoking device is permitted to be used in the home or on our property.  

Pet Policy

We love pets and know they are an important part of our family but, there are no pets of any kind permitted to stay at MO Casa Sea Casa.  This is to ensure quality accommodation for all future guests.  We have plants on our property that are highly toxic if ingested by dogs or cats, so this policy is also to protect your pet/s.   

House Rules

The minimum rental age is 25 and no parties or events are allowed.  To ensure comfort and quality accommodations for you and future guests, no more than 6 guests are permitted to stay in the home overnight.  No open flames or fires in or on the property.  All doors and windows need to be kept closed while the HVAC system is in use other than for normal entry/exit.  All doors and windows need to be closed and locked while guest/s are not in the home.  Outside water spigots must remain shut off unless in use.  All beach equipment needs to be stored on the side of the house.  We encourage our guests to utilize both scheduled trash days to help avoid any issues with wildlife roaming the property.    

Tech Info

MO Casa Sea Casa has a TV in each bedroom and the living space.  All TVs have access to local channels and internet streaming capabilities.  Network login information will be available on the information card located in the kitchen.  We also have an echo that will be available to enhance your vacation experience with the capability to play music, ask about local restaurants, activities, weather, etc.  The device is offered for your convenience but for whatever reason you choose to unplug it you are more than welcome.  

Repeat Guest Discount

Repeat Guests are eligible for $100 off their total nightly rate on future bookings (not applicable with any other discount offer). 

Cancellation Policy

Host has the ability to cancel any reservation for any reason with a full refund prior to check-in.  In the event there are circumstances that warrant a reason for the host to request a guest to depart prior to the scheduled departure, a refund for the number of remaining days will be offered only if the reason for departure is for any reason other than guest misconduct.  If guest chooses to leave prior to scheduled departure due to their own personal decision, no refund will be issued.   

Bookings canceled 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. We do not refund for inclement weather, nearby construction, any disturbance caused by neighbors, or any acts of God with the exception of an ordered mandatory evacuation due to hurricanes.
